Fee* is based on usage type
PARTIES: $350.00 for 6 hours (minimum fee) and $75 each additional hour
(Includes set up and clean up time)
MEETINGS USAGE: $100.00 for 2 hours (minimum fee) and $50 each additional hour
(Includes set up and clean up time)
Renters must be at least 18 years of age.
*If the Renter signs up for the incorrect event title, the fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Tarn Drive Committee.
LABOR FEE: $100 per member if requested for set up, clean up, or additional assistance.
CLEAN UP CHARGES $100 per hour needed to clean up after an event.
NON-SMOKING: Our entire facility is designated as NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted only outside of the building 10' feet from all doorways.
AVAILABILITY: The meeting room is not available for rental on Thursday nights. Please contact for availability.
